Through the Business Scale Up Development Programme we will be offering consultancy and training to support Micro, Small and/or Medium sized Enterprises (SMEs) and their employees across the York, North Yorkshire and East Riding regions.
With 40% grant funding, the programme focuses on developing the capacity of businesses to realise their growth ambitions, increasing leadership and management skills in a motivated and expanding workforce.
We will be working with Jane to deliver our support in a people-first approach and uniquely blended, bespoke style combining consultancy, coaching and people development. We will provide the right route map and guide ropes – either face-to-face or virtually, to help you overcome the challenges faced post-Covid, re-align your business and accomplish your growth plans.

Eligibility for funding support
Your business premises must be in the York, North Yorkshire or East Riding region
Your business must employ fewer than 250 full time staff and have either a turnover of less than €50 million, or a balance sheet of less than €43 million
Training activity must be delivered in the York, North Yorkshire and East Riding region.
Participants must be aged 18 or over, and have the legal right to live and work in the UK
